The mountain maple tree
The mountain maple is a small but mighty tree that feeds moose, deer and birds, and can be used to help prevent erosion on mountain slopes. It is usually vibrant green in the summer and turns a striking yellow and red in the fall. Mountain maples grow slowly, taking years to reach full maturity, but are resilient in the environment.
Much like the mountain maple, my therapy approach focuses on steps that lead to lasting transformation. While the journey may feel challenging, I will build up your resilience and strength. I will work to nourish your inner resources, helping you to flourish in your own time, at your own pace.
